About — MoGeCo

MoGeCo is a UK price-comparison engine for motorcycle gear. We check every shop we can reach — daily, automatically — and show you the cheapest in-stock price across all of them. One search, every shop, no tabs.

Why it exists

Buying motorcycle gear in the UK means opening eight tabs: Sportsbikeshop, Demon Tweeks, Infinity, Ghost Bikes, FC-Moto, J&S, the manufacturer's own site, and whichever specialist your mate recommended. Half of them have stock, half don't, and all of them quote a different price for the same thing.

We do that comparison for you, surface the lowest live price along with what every other shop is asking, and timestamp every row so you know how fresh the data is. Click the row of the shop you trust — or just the cheapest one — and you go straight to that retailer's product page.

How it works

Importers pull live prices from each retailer — by reading the retailer's own product feed where one is published, or by scraping their product pages where one isn't.
The matcher links the same product across shops so the same helmet at two shops appears as one row with two prices, not two listings.
Reviews are aggregated across every shop that publishes them, with the source named so you can judge the noise.
Out-of-stock items are pushed to the bottom rather than hidden — sometimes the cheapest place is also out of stock, and that's worth knowing.

What we don't do

We don't sell anything. Every "Buy" button takes you to a real retailer's site.
We don't run ads. The accent banners on the homepage promote our own categories, never sponsored content.
We don't write SEO listicles to game search results. The catalogue is the product.
We don't sit on your data. We don't sell email lists. There aren't even any user accounts yet.

Who runs it

One UK rider, working on it in the evenings. No funding, no team, no roadmap deck. Just an itch to fix a problem that should've been fixed years ago.
